Content and reviews

First-hand context, handled with care.

Reviews should describe the contributor's own workplace experience without naming private individuals or presenting unsupported allegations as established fact. We review submissions before publication and may request evidence, edit only for safety where appropriate, reject, hide, or remove content.

Reply limits and challenges

A review and its replies are capped at three total messages by the backend. Verified employers and employees may request correction or challenge a review through the in-product moderation process. Private moderation notes are not public.

Separate official material

Official decision links and official disclosures are separate from reviews. They do not alter a review rating or create a company trust score.
